Sheet Metal Desk Organizer

A desk organizer made entirely from 16 ga steel. A formed base channel and four cups, each cup built from two nested U-shaped pieces, bolted together with M3 hardware. No welding, so it ships flat and goes together with a hex key. Every part is a single laser cut and press brake job, set up to order straight from the STEP files. I caught and fixed the inside-bend clearance between the nested U's before ordering. Deliverables: 3D assembly, STEP per part, flat patterns.
