Setting Oven Temperature Field Simulation (PTFE Film)

Performed steady-state and transient CHT thermal simulations for three-roller and single-roller PTFE film heat treatment ovens. Modeled high-speed moving film domains ( ), heating element power, and cold-air backflow using polyhedral meshes ( cells). Analyzed airflow velocity vectors, streamlines, and surface temperature contours to mitigate boundary layer heat loss and ensure tight thermal uniformity across the film path. Provided key insights for heating coil distribution and structural flow baffle optimization.
