Server Switch Housing – Sheet Metal Design

This is a precision-designed sheet metal enclosure for an industrial-grade server switch. The part is optimized for laser cutting and CNC bending using 1 mm thick steel sheet with a 0.6 mm bend radius. The design includes ventilation slots, cable access ports, fastener locations, and mounting flanges.
