Semi-Automated Tracked Robot — Mechanical Design & System Integration

Complete mechanical design of a semi-automated tracked robot for rough-terrain operation. Designed in SolidWorks, including the tracked drive system (modeled link-by-link), chassis, and a front loading/manipulation mechanism. - Designed the full track/sprocket drive system for traction on uneven terrain - Modeled chassis and structural components with weight optimization - Integrated mechanical, electronic, and control subsystems into a functional prototype - Rendered in realistic environment for design validation and presentation
