RX7 Manifold: Scan to CAD

A one-off intake manifold for an RX7 rotary engine. The mould was lost, and nobody could measure the internal passages from outside. I took a silicone mould of the passages and 3D scanned it, along with the outside of the casting. Then I rebuilt the part as a parametric SolidWorks model. I ran a CFD flow study on the runners before anything went to manufacture. You get: a CAD model with files ready for casting, machining or 3D printing.
