Rotary Workpiece Feeder (RM282) - team project, selected as an outstanding team. A system that transfers workpieces to the next process by rotating a disc. Mechanism: - Power is transmitted through a spur gear, then a planetary gear rotates the disc - Designed and built a planetary gear set to control the motor speed - Main assemblies: planetary gear, rotary disc, guide rail support, pushing machine, ball rail, control box, base & drive unit My role: - Product planning, ideation and mechanical design - Arduino coding Results: - Completed the project as a team and built a working prototype - Selected as an outstanding team
