Rod straightening machine

My client needed a machine to straighten rods of various diameters so that he could reuse them in other projects. For this project I had to use a motor and gearbox that he already had, so the machine could me less expensive for him. I developed this machine using Solidworks, Smath and OpenModelica. I also helped him assembling and testing the machine.
