Designed a robotic spot welding cell layout for automotive manufacturing applications. Responsible for developing the complete layout, including robot positioning, welding station arrangement, fixture placement, material flow considerations, safety zones, maintenance access, and production workflow optimization. Created detailed 3D models and engineering layouts to ensure efficient robot operation, maximum workspace utilization, and smooth production processes.
