Robotic Gripper Design (IEEE Competition)
Designed a specialized mechanical gripper as part of a robotic arm project for the IEEE competition. Developed a precise grasping mechanism capable of handling objects of different shapes securely. Engineered a multi-linkage system in SolidWorks to ensure synchronized jaw movement. Designed the gripper components for ease of assembly and maintenance using lightweight materials. Delivered a high-performance 3D gripper prototype that was successfully integrated into the team's robot, providing a reliable mechanical solution focused on durability and precision for competition tasks.
