"This project showcases a comprehensive Industrial RO Plant Design developed using advanced AutoCAD 2D and 3D modeling techniques. The design focus was on creating a highly efficient, space-saving skid-mounted system. Key Technical Features: P&ID Layout: Detailed Process and Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID) including precise mapping of high-pressure pumps, solenoid valves (SV), rotameters (FI), and pressure switches. 3D Skid Frame Modeling: A robust 36-membrane vessel stacking configuration designed for maximum structural integrity and ease of maintenance. Piping & Instrumentation: Accurate 3D piping layout for feed, permeate, and reject lines, ensuring zero-clash during fabrication. 2D to 3D Conversion: Successfully transformed initial conceptual sketches and 2D layouts into a fully functional 3D model ready for fabrication (Shop Drawings). This model is a perfect example of industrial-grade technical drafting, focusing on accuracy, standard symbols, and logical process flow."
