Ribbon Lounge Chair: Cast-Aluminium Casting Model

One 12 mm cast-aluminium ribbon from front foot to rear foot, 591 x 944 x 852 mm. The centre line and 17 section stations (width, bank angle) are set in a drawing; Rhino lofts 100 sections into one closed solid of 37 kg. Deliverables: side elevation with station table, front and plan views, sections, casting data (A356-T6, printed sand mould, shrink allowance), STEP, renders. Self-initiated study.
