Reverse osmosis skid · 3D, frame and render

A 1 m³/h reverse osmosis skid, 2600 by 750 by 1330 mm: three membrane housings with six 4040 membranes in series, a cartridge filter, antiscalant dosing and a vertical multistage pump. Shown here: the 3D render and the welded frame in 40 by 40 by 2 stainless steel square tube, 26 part marks, 97.1 kg. I also drew the process and instrumentation diagram, the assembly sheet with the process data and the frame cutting list.
