Data Restoration: I manually bridge missing gaps and repair noisy geometry from original scans to ensure a clean, watertight shell. Parametric Reconstruction: Instead of simple mesh conversion, I rebuild the model using parametric logic in SolidWorks to ensure industrial-grade tolerances and alignment. Design for Manufacturing (DfM): During reconstruction, I optimize wall thickness and structural integrity to ensure the model is 100% ready for FDM/SLA printing or injection molding.
