Reverse Engineering of Kerrison Rongeurs and Medical Instruments
This project involved the reconstruction and engineering modeling of Kerrison rongeurs and a range of mechanical medical instruments.
The work included analysis of component geometry, functional relationships, moving interfaces, working elements, handles, connecting parts, and assembly structure.
The reconstruction process focused on preserving the functional intent of the instruments while creating editable and technically consistent CAD geometry.
