Reverse engineering project developed from scan/reference geometry into a clean, editable CAD model prepared for CNC-oriented manufacturing. The workflow included reconstruction of the damaged/original geometry, dimensional control, feature cleanup, and conversion into a structured solid model suitable for machining and further engineering changes. The objective was not simply to reproduce the scan visually, but to create controlled CAD geometry that could be used downstream for manufacturing. Scope: Reverse engineering, scan-to-CAD reconstruction, parametric modeling, geometry cleanup, dimensional control, and CNC-ready CAD preparation.
