Reverse Engineer an Injection Moulded Plastic Extrusion Clamp

Reverse engineering of a clamping assembly consisting of two injection-moulded components and two machined aluminium parts. The plastic lever features an integrated cam mechanism designed to lock onto 20×20 extrusion when lifted. A full 3D CAD model and tooling-ready drawing package were produced for all components, and a 3D-printed prototype was created to validate the design before manufacture.
