Reverse engineer 3d scan or stl to step cad model

This project involved reverse engineering of an injection molded plastic component using raw 3D scan data. The scan contained noise, incomplete regions, and missing geometry. Functional features such as snap-fit ribs, locator ribs, and bosses were carefully analyzed and reconstructed using engineering design principles. A fully parametric CAD model was created using Siemens NX, suitable for product development, modification, and manufacturing applications.
