Independent portfolio project: a six-block residential development with 288 apartments and a shared basement. The Excel workbook contains 11 linked worksheets covering detailed measurements, a measured BOQ, reinforcement quantities, opening deductions, material/labor/plant rate build-ups, trade costs, procurement allowances and reconciliation checks. Measurement records identify each block, floor, element and deduction. Concrete overlap rules separate slabs, beam downstands, clear-storey columns and raft thickenings. Procurement allowances remain separate from net installed quantities. Editable concept geometry and indicative USD rates are documented in the workbook. Preliminary reinforcement quantities are for estimating, not fabrication or construction.
