The 12-worksheet Excel workbook includes 809 activities, 972 finish-to-start links, critical path and float calculations, a 106-week Gantt, workforce demand, milestones and a programme risk register. The USD 22.62 million direct BOQ budget is allocated once across the activity network and reconciled to weekly planned value. Forward and backward passes, labour totals, cost loading and duration-change behaviour were checked. Productivity, crews and sequencing assumptions remain visible and editable.
