Residential Complete architectural sets

This project showcases a comprehensive architectural and engineering package for a modern residential building. The scope of work includes: Architectural Planning: Developed detailed 2D floor plans for Ground (1115 sq. ft.), First (1122 sq. ft.), and Second (585 sq. ft.) floors. Technical Documentation: Prepared complete Municipal Drawings, including site plans, cross-sections (Section X-X), and all four elevations (East, West, North, South) for permit approval. Engineering Services: Conducted structural estimations and Bill of Quantities (BoQ) for the entire build. Visualization & Execution: Delivered high-quality 3D exterior renders and am currently providing site supervision for the ongoing interior construction phase.
