Residential Bathroom Design

This project involves the design and documentation of a modern bathroom interior, prepared with complete technical drawings for permit submission and construction execution. The package includes a Furniture Plan, Flooring Plan, Reflected Ceiling Plan, and detailed Elevations A–E. Key features: Modern finishes including travertine effect tiles (600×1200mm) and paint-finished gypsum ceiling at 2400mm FFL. Functional layout with wall-hung commode, floating vanity, mirror cabinet with rope lighting, and recessed niches. Shower area defined by 8mm glass partition, linear drain (610×67mm), and 25mm sunk floor for water management. Lighting and ventilation plan featuring spotlights, rope lights, shadow gap profiles, and ceiling-mounted exhaust. Technical provisions including electrical points for air freshener, sockets, and shutoff valves. This set demonstrates a contemporary, minimalist approach with efficient space utilization, compliance-ready detailing, and clear coordination between finishes, fixtures, and services.
