Renovation and Remodel

Received measurements of the existing floorplan/footprint as it was completely unfinished. There wasn't a plan for this floor plan originally by the owner, it was all in their head. So as it was all CMU blocks, I used the best that I could with the original footprint and updated the plans. This is a more Spanish Colonial design as per clients request and is fairly basic and doesn't show all the detail work. Work is in progress currently and will hopefully have some real photos to post one day.
