3d modelling and 3d Rendering

This project involves the design, 3D modeling, and rendering of a 60-meter-wide urban road, developed using a “Complete Street” approach in accordance with traffic engineering and urban design principles. The main objective of this project was to create a safe, efficient, and visually appealing environment for all road users, including pedestrians, cyclists, vehicles, and public transportation. The process began with preparing a detailed 2D plan in AutoCAD, where the road width was carefully divided into functional zones. These included wide sidewalks on both sides, dedicated bike lanes, vehicular traffic lanes, a bus-only lane, and a central median. Special attention was given to sidewalk design, incorporating features such as tactile paving for visually impaired users, landscaping, benches, and street lighting to enhance comfort and usability. The bike lanes were designed as protected paths to ensure safety and encourage non-motorized transportation. The vehicular lanes were planned with standard widths and clear road markings to improve traffic flow, while the dedicated bus lane was included to enhance the efficiency of public transport. Additionally, modern bus stops were strategically placed, featuring shelters, seating, and informational signage. In the 3D modeling phase, the project was developed using SketchUp/3ds Max, where all urban elements such as trees, traffic signs, vehicles, and street furniture were added to create a realistic environment. Finally, the rendering was completed using Lumion/Enscape, incorporating natural lighting, realistic materials, and dynamic urban scenes. This project demonstrates a comprehensive ability to design urban roads, effectively combining functionality and aesthetics, and delivering professional-quality outputs suitable for client presentations and real-world implementation.
