Recreational Master Planning

Integrated Recreational Master Planning – Café, Sports & Leisure Facility I designed a comprehensive master plan for a large-scale recreational development integrating multiple leisure, sports, and relaxation zones within a single site. The planning includes key features such as a café, swimming pool, cricket turf, pickleball courts, paintball zone, game areas, landscaped garden seating, and essential service facilities like restrooms and circulation pathways. The layout was carefully organized to ensure efficient zoning between active sports areas and passive relaxation zones. A central focus was given to the cricket turf as a primary attraction, while supporting activities like pickleball and paintball were strategically positioned to maximize usability and engagement. The café and poolside areas were designed to enhance the overall user experience, offering both visual connectivity and comfort. Special attention was given to site circulation, parking management, pedestrian movement, and safety. Landscape elements and open green spaces were integrated to create a balanced environment that promotes both recreation and relaxation. The design aims to deliver a functional, user-friendly, and commercially viable destination suitable for a modern lifestyle and community engagement.
