Reaming Shoe with Check Valve

The customer provided the required external appearance and overall dimensions. The product was developed for operation under pressure, temperature, dynamic loading, and corrosive-environment constraints. The project included: • 3D CAD development of the reaming shoe • Internal check-valve mechanism and flow-path modeling • Sectional assembly representation • CFD analysis within customer-supplied operating conditions • Structural assessment within the agreed scope • Material selection under specified service constraints • Manufacturing documentation for cast production My role included mechanical design, CAD modeling, documentation release, and support during prototype acceptance. The engineering stage was completed in 21 days. Manufacturing, testing, and certification were outside this project duration.
