Design and development of HEAVY SPRING LIFTING MACHINE, at INDIAN RAILWAYS (SOLIDWORKS)  Lead the team of 5 people including the positions like Design, Manufacturing, Project documentation, Purchase, etc.  Design of project understanding need, concept design, design calculations, material selection, prepare 3D model, engineering drawing, preparing BOM, 2D drawing, etc.  Project planning meetings with Indian Railway authorities and engineers.
