Quaoár is a 75-key hotel in Los Angeles, named after the Tongva creator deity, offering a contemporary sanctuary where technology, ritual, and timeless design converge. ef.architects led the architectural and interior design of the entire property, curating every space—from urban scale to tactile detail—as part of a cohesive narrative rooted in myth, movement, and modernity. The hotel features AI-integrated rooms across three typologies and exclusive suites, two event venues (one with outdoor space), two restaurants, a signature bar, dual lobbies, curated meeting rooms, and a dynamic reception with responsive digital screens. Wellness amenities include a spa with hammam, sauna, indoor pool, and an elevated terrace pool overlooking the city skyline. Quaoár is designed for modern nomads seeking both grand spectacle and intimate connection.
