QR Code Product Sorting Model Using PLC and Robotic Arm 3 DOF

Design and construction of a product sorting model using QR code technology with a PLC and a 3-DOF robotic arm. The system includes main components such as an S7 1200 PLC, camera, robotic arm, E3F – DS30C4 NPN infrared sensor, intermediate relays, and 24V and 12V power supplies. - Mechanical design using SolidWorks. - Programming of the S7 1200 PLC using TIA PORTAL software and programming of image processing software in Visual Studio and OpenCV, transmitting data from the camera to the PLC.
