Pull Out Pinch Roll 3D Modeling

This project involved the development of a 3D CAD model of a pull-out pinch roll assembly based on provided 2D engineering drawings. The model was created using precise interpretation of dimensional data, ensuring accurate representation of all mechanical components and assembly relationships. The design includes detailed modeling of rollers, bearing & brass bush housings, structure, shafts, and supporting components with proper alignment and functional assembly considerations. The final model is suitable for visualization, engineering analysis, and manufacturing reference, and demonstrates accurate conversion of 2D drawings into a fully assembled 3D mechanical system.
