PSI10 Submersible Pump Cage Assembly with Detachable DN50 Hose Union and Hose Stabilizer

Description Complete 3D-printable mounting and outlet system for a Wasserkönig PSI10 submersible pump, designed parametrically in OpenSCAD (BOSL2 threads) for a greenhouse irrigation station. The assembly includes: - Two-piece protective pump cage (halves A/B) that clamps around the pump body, joined with horizontal M5 seam screws - Distributed base plate, cage fixed with six M5x8 screws into printed M5 threads - Slim 90° outlet elbow on the pump thread with a TR78x5 coarse union thread - Freely rotating union nut and stationary DN50 hose tail (51.5 mm hose land, metal hose clamp), so the hose can be removed without turning the pump - Two-part motor-to-hose stabilizer that supports the vertical DN50 hose above the pump handle (four M5x25 screws, printed M5 threads, no nuts needed) The uploaded STL is a combined assembly/review model (pump shown as context) and not a single print file. All printable parts are exported and printed separately with no scaling. Dimensions were taken from the real pump and checked with printed fit coupons (neck ring, thread and hose plug gauges).
