Prototype of Stacking Machine

The primary objective of this project was the development of a quick and scalable prototype that addresses the problem of traditional aluminum profile interleaving methods being inherently slow and manpower-consuming. The prototype demonstrated success in reducing the number of required steps to stack and interleave a row of profiles using a new stacking method that is much faster and less manpower consuming than the traditional method. A scaled-up version of this prototype can speed up the output rate of production lines at extruder facilities.
