Proposed 3-storey Residential Building

The Proposed 3-Storey Residential Building was located in Cameron Park, Cameron, Trinidad and Tobago. The total land size of this project is 16,902 square foot and has a total floor area of approximately 19,500sf; 6,500sf per floor. It has also a 12 parking spots and a swimming pool of approximately equal to 675sf located outside. The ground floor and second floor of this building has a similar layout composed of three (3) residential units and a small commercial space. While the third floor has an empty space, so it is allotted for solar panels.
