Progressive die design

This portfolio features a complete structural design of a multi-station progressive stamping die for automotive sheet metal components, fully modeled and virtually assembled in UG NX. Arranged with over ten stamping stations along the feeding direction, the die integrates multiple processes including blanking, forming, sizing, piercing and trimming. It achieves full-process part forming via continuous strip feeding, making it highly suitable for high-volume automated production. The die structure is fitted with precision guide pillar & bushing assemblies, a nitrogen spring stripping mechanism, and a front-rear push rod scrap removal system to ensure dimensional accuracy and operational stability in mass manufacturing.
