Production Tooling Design | Custom Concrete Oven

## Problem: The startup needed a production mold for custom concrete oven components under cost and schedule pressure. ## Engineering risk: Poor draft, concentricity, flow path, or part-release logic could cause misalignment, difficult demolding, wasted material, and inconsistent pours. ## What changed: Reworked the mold in SolidWorks using DFM, GD&T, draft, concentricity control, release logic, and concrete-flow planning. Aluminum and carbon fiber were selected to balance strength, weight, and fabrication practicality. ## Why it mattered: Delivered a more efficient mold solution within 6 weeks.
