Production Plant Design with Tanks and Industrial Pipes

I was hired by an industry to develop the complete utilities project for a new facility. The scope included the sizing of the piping to supply the equipment in the following disciplines: compressed air, drinking water, hot water, chilled water, steam and condensate. Using AutoCAD Plant 3D, I prepared all the isometric drawings, the 3D modeling of the plant with the piping, process flow diagrams (P&ID) and the list of materials. I also performed the network sizing calculations and designed a skid with a heat exchanger to generate hot water, considering thermal efficiency and integration with the plant processes. The project required technical expertise, attention to good engineering practices and knowledge applied to the industry.
