Production-Grade 600 Ton Steel Progressive Press Tool Design
This project presents the full 3D design of a 600-ton steel progressive stamping die, engineered for high-volume sheet metal component production. Built for 600T press lines, it features a 450mm feed height and 700mm shut height, and integrates a high-performance 150BAR nitrogen spring stripper system to deliver uniform, consistent blank holding force across all forming stations.
The die completes piercing, forming, trimming and part separation in a single continuous strip, with an optimized strip layout to maximize material yield and production efficiency.
