"Process Simulation of Hydrogen Production from Plastic Waste using Aspen HYSYS"

This project involves the process simulation of hydrogen production from polymeric (plastic) waste. The process includes pyrolysis of plastic feedstock followed by in-line steam reforming to generate hydrogen. The simulation was performed using Aspen HYSYS / Aspen Plus, including material and energy balances, process optimization, and equipment sizing.
