Printed Housing Development — Fit, Materials & Process

ILLUSTRATED PROJECT CASE STUDY — ORIGINAL HARDWARE NOT SHOWN THE HARD PART Print reliability and surface finish needed tuning. The parts also had to fit existing hardware across two configurations. MY CONTRIBUTION I selected different materials for the exterior housings and internal brackets, tuned the print process and adapted geometry for in-house fabrication. PAST PROJECT RESULT Functional units were delivered for customer testing. The revised designs preserved the required legacy compatibility. WHAT THE VISUALS SHOW The two generic CAD variants illustrate a shared mounting interface. The historical result above refers to the past project; these are new illustrations, not the original hardware or evidence of the print trials. VISUAL ORIGIN Visuals generated with AI-assisted CAD scripting. Original customer geometry, dimensions and hardware are not shown. These illustrations have not been physically tested and are not manufacturing releases. Send your sketch + what must fit. Scope, file formats, fixed price and timing agreed before work begins.
