Print-in-Place Flexible Systems

Articulated parts engineered in Onshape that print in a single piece, with integrated joints, no assembly and no supports. Clearances were tuned for standard and high-speed PLA, and the multi-color 3MF files are ready for 4-color printers. Every part was validated with printed prototypes. Shown: integrated connectors designed to flex without separating, and moving joints straight off the bed with no post-processing.
