Premium Sedan 3D Parametric CAD Assembly

Developed a high-precision, multi-layer 3D parametric CAD assembly of a premium sedan (BMW 7 Series) using PTC Creo Parametric 10. The project focuses on complex vehicle packaging, including the solid/surface layout of the lightweight alloy frame structure, active grille shutters, and the internal space frame architecture. All components are fully constrained with a clean, editable feature tree optimized for manufacturing evaluation and interference checks.
