Development of a high-end solid wood table, fully engineered for professional manufacturing with focus on material stability and structural integrity. Engineering Design: 3D modeled a premium chestnut table (1250x2250x780 mm) in SolidWorks, ensuring both aesthetic appeal and technical feasibility. FEA / Static Analysis: Conducted a finite element analysis (FEA) to verify structural stiffness and load-bearing capacity (von Mises stress analysis). Wood Physics Optimization: Engineered a "floating" mounting system using oval holes to allow natural wood expansion/contraction, preventing warping or cracking. Manufacturing Package: Delivered a complete 6-page production set including detailed assembly drawings (SB) and technical requirements for mounting.
