Precision Sheet Metal Enclosure & Mounting Bracket Assembly

Designed a production-ready industrial electronic enclosure and high-precision mounting brackets using Creo Parametric's Sheet Metal module. The design incorporates a standard 19-inch rack width (6U height) with fully integrated PEM nut hardware, tab-and-slot interlocking mechanisms, and optimized bend reliefs to prevent material tearing. Maintained strict folding tolerances within ±0.20mm and included custom perforation patterns on the front door for thermal management.
