A portable 12V compressor that inflates and seals a punctured tyre in one operation, pumping air through sealant so pressure drives the compound into the tyre wall. Full mechanical design: piston and valve assembly, drive train, two-shell housing and hose routing. 15-part bill of materials, split 9 custom to 6 purchased, with materials selected on availability and strength against cost.
