Plastic light side lever

This project involves designing a precise 3D mechanical component using CATIA & plastic product design guidelines. This project also involved material selection suitable for Fit & function & DFM. This project also involves prototyping sample making to check on vehicle level functionality. The design includes detailed sketches, solid modeling, and proper constraints to achieve a realistic and production-ready component. The project demonstrates my skills in 3D modeling, part design, and technical drawing, Material selection. This project also includes DFMEA, Design reviews. After production of T0 samples there was issue of Screw Boss damage, then we added the strengthening ribs & increased the Boss diameter. Also sink mark observed to avoid it coring added & texturing on Part. This work highlights my ability to transform ideas into detailed 3D models suitable for manufacturing, visualization, and product development.
