Plastic Enclosure Design for PCB | SolidWorks | Injection Molding
Designed a high-quality plastic enclosure for an electronic PCB using SolidWorks, ensuring durability, functionality, and manufacturability. The enclosure was developed with proper wall thickness, mounting bosses, screw posts, snap-fit features, ventilation slots, and cable entry points while following Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and injection molding guidelines.
The design was optimized for easy assembly, efficient heat dissipation, and secure PCB mounting. Detailed 3D models, assembly files, and production-ready manufacturing drawings were created to support prototype development and mass production. Special attention was given to component clearance, tolerance management, and overall product aesthetics to achieve a professional and reliable enclosure design.
