Permit-Ready Fire Sprinkler Design

This project involved preparing a fire sprinkler hydraulic calculation report for the third-floor remote area of 1492 Eastern Parkway, Brooklyn, NY. The design was based on a specified coverage area of 200 ft², with a minimum required density of 0.05 gpm/ft² over four sprinklers. The hydraulic analysis confirmed adequate system performance, achieving an average application density of 0.308 gpm/ft² and a total sprinkler discharge of 61.52 gpm. The system type is wet-pipe, utilizing BlazeMaster CPVC and Schedule 10 steel piping, with a calculated residual pressure of 52.17 psi at the inflow node. The report includes detailed pipe output data, sprinkler discharge summaries, and supply/demand curve verification, ensuring compliance with NFPA standards and city permitting requirements.
