Parametric Enclosure Family - Configurable Housings
An independent CAD study of a configurable enclosure family, with three housing sizes developed around a consistent body, lid and fastening layout.
The assembled, exploded and section views show the relationship between wall thickness, lid seating, screw locations and internal space. The larger variants include ventilation slots and external mounting features.
This project demonstrates parametric modeling, coherent product variants and clear assembly presentation in FreeCAD. It is relevant to early enclosure development, packaging studies and preparing geometry for prototype review.
Design status: digital concept study. Final material, manufacturing tolerances, fit and environmental performance require prototype validation.
