Pallet Production Line – Automatic Adaptable Mold System

Design and development of a complete pallet production line featuring a single automatically adaptable mold that replaces 16 separate fixed molds. The system enables quick size/model changes, precise positioning for the nailing stage, and repeatable clamping/alignment to boost throughput and quality. Scope covered 3D CAD design, jig/fixture engineering, DFM, and manufacturing documentation for shop-floor implementation.
