Optimised 3D-Printed Workshop Fixture

Development of a functional workshop fixture intended to improve positioning and handling during a repetitive manufacturing operation. The design was refined through several physical iterations. Each version was reviewed for stiffness, access, printability, material use and ease of installation. The final geometry reduced unnecessary volume while maintaining the required support surfaces and mounting features. The project demonstrates practical CAD development, design for additive manufacturing and revision based on workshop feedback.
