Open-type Vehicle Differential

Designed and developed a mechanical differential system using SolidWorks, focusing on accurate gear assembly and real-world functionality. Created detailed 3D models and assemblies with proper constraints to simulate motion and power transmission between components. The project includes precise part modeling, assembly structure, and engineering considerations to ensure realistic performance and manufacturability. Deliverables include 3D CAD models, assembly files, and detailed drawings with dimensions and BOM.
